James E. Fowler & Associates is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by James E. (Eddy) Fowler, who is a retired peace officer with thirty one years of law enforcement experience. The majority of this time was spent in technical surveillance cameras or other electronic and intelligence related fields.
Our Mission
It is the goal of this company to be able to offer a variety of state-of-the-art electronic surveillance camera equipment at an affordable price. Items that are not of a restricted nature can be viewed on the products page and are available for sale to the public.
